We are proud to announce that we are among the 15% of AAHA accredited hospitals. AAHA is The American Animal Hospital Association which sets the standard for veterinary excellence. It is the only voluntary accreditation program for veterinary hospitals and is used as a benchmark to measure excellence in veterinary medicine. This certification ensures that our hospital is held to high standards and enhances our ability to provide the best care possible.
To be accredited by AAHA our hospital must demonstrate an exceptional level of medical care and client service based on over 900 standards (patient care, surgical techniques, and cleanliness to name a few) that are periodically reviewed and updated to ensure they remain consistent with the changes in veterinary medicine and technology. To maintain accreditation our hospital must be evaluated every three years to ensure that we are keeping up with this ever changing and growing profession.

Excellent experience for my new puppy! Dr Venadam is AMAZING and made my puppy feel safe and comfortable. The tech also took time to show me how to properly and safely trim my puppy’s nails. The quality of care is wonderful, the facility is very clean and the cost is very reasonable.

My husky puppy was seizing and the techs got to her asap, calmed her down, and stabilized her so I could take her to a specialized vet hospital. My puppy is currently doing okay n recovering, I definitely appreciate the reassurance and kindness the techs gave me and their attentiveness to my baby.

Great visit, Dr. Venadam ( a fellow MSU alum) listened to updates of my dog's issues and decided to add a medication that will be helpful for seizure control. She and all of the staff were very friendly and professional. still saw Daisy even though we were late due to ride issues thank you.
